What to expect

This is not an interview but a genuine conversation. Our aim is to get to know you beyond the résumé or LinkedIn profile, to understand the person behind the professional milestones. We want to hear your perspective on what has shaped your career, the choices you’ve made, and the experiences that have mattered most to you.

What will make this most valuable is your openness in sharing what you consider your distinctive value, the qualities, insights, and approaches that colleagues or clients might consistently recognise in you. This could be how you inspire teams, navigate complexity, or bring fresh thinking to well-established challenges. We are also interested in what you would like us to carry forward to the client: the parts of your story, motivations, or ambitions that don’t always come through on paper. By helping us see the whole picture, you give us the tools to represent you in a way that is authentic, compelling, and differentiated.

This is not an interview.

Think of it as an informal, candid conversation to get to know you beyond your LinkedIn profile or CV.

We want to:

  • Understand your “magic” – what makes you tick.
  • Add depth and dimension to your professional story.
  • Hear what you would like us to share with the client that may not be visible online.

Our role is to help present you in the best possible way, with authenticity and clarity.
