What it is

How it works

Programmes are delivered through in-depth personal interviews, group exercises, and role-specific scenarios. Assessment is followed by post-programme coaching to make sure insights translate into real impact rather than sitting in a report.

Flexible scheduling ensures minimal disruption to ongoing operations. Every programme is led by CDR’s expert coaching team, working alongside Colin Kingsmill and the wider CDR advisory team.
