Unlike conventional coaching, this series brings together three complementary executive  coaches who work collaboratively with one leader. Structure (5 sessions over ~6–8 weeks) for Each Executive

2. Three One-on-One Sessions – Each coach focuses on a distinct domain:  leadership behaviours, strategic alignment, and mindset/resilience.
   
3. Integration (3-on-1) – Coaches and leader synthesise insights into a clear, actionable Wayforward Plan. Optional reflection tasks and a follow-up check-in  extend the impact.
