This Executive Coaching series is an intensive, multi-coach leadership experience  designed for senior executives who seek clarity and renewal in their professional direction. It helps leaders “find their way” amid complexity – whether stepping into a new role, making a pivotal decision, or reconnecting with purpose. The outcome: profound self insight, strategic clarity, and a tangible way forward.

Tailored for C-Suite and senior leaders in luxury hospitality – individuals accustomed to high expectations who benefit from a confidential, candid space to reflect, realign, and re energise. 

What Makes It Distinct 

Unlike conventional coaching, this series brings together three complementary executive  coaches who work collaboratively with one leader. This “three-with-one” model provides  360° perspective, balancing challenge and support. It’s akin to having a personal advisory council dedicated to one’s growth – blending business strategy, emotional intelligence, and personal purpose. 

Structure (5 sessions over ~6–8 weeks) for Each Executive 

  1. Discovery (3-on-1) – Deep exploration of the leader’s story, strengths, and  inflection points. 
  2. Three One-on-One Sessions – Each coach focuses on a distinct domain:  leadership behaviours, strategic alignment, and mindset/resilience.
  3. Integration (3-on-1) – Coaches and leader synthesise insights into a clear, actionable Wayforward Plan. Optional reflection tasks and a follow-up check-in  extend the impact.
