Ipswich Town Foundation is delighted to announce a new partnership with CDR Global, which has become the new headline sponsor of our Girls’ Performance Squads.

As part of this multi-year agreement, CDR’s branding will feature as the new front-of-shirt sponsor for the Performance Squads in a collaboration extending through to the end of the 2026/27 season.

CDR is a leading talent advisory group specialising in the luxury and hospitality sectors on a global scale. Their commitment to excellence and developing future leaders within their industry is matched by a genuine drive from their founders to support emerging sporting talent. By investing in the next generation of female footballers, CDR demonstrates its belief in nurturing talent on and off the pitch.

The Performance Squads were first introduced at the start of the 2024/25 season, providing access to high-quality coaching for talented female footballers aged 12-16 across Suffolk and the surrounding areas. The two squads – split into U13/U14s and U15/U16s – train twice a week, with fixtures played on Saturday mornings.

As part of the agreement, CDR has also joined as a Gold Friend of the Foundation, enhancing their involvement in our broader community initiatives.

“We are thrilled to back these talented young athletes as headline sponsor,” said Christina Reti, Founder of CDR.

“Just as we nurture promising talent in the hospitality sector, we believe in creating opportunities for youth to thrive, pursue their passions, and reach their full potential.”

This sponsorship marks a significant step for Ipswich Town Foundation in strengthening opportunities for young women in football, reflecting both organisations’ shared commitment to developing emerging talent and driving positive change in the community.

“We’re incredibly grateful to Christina and all at CDR for their support heading into this season,” added Football Development Manager Eva Hubbard.

“The Performance Squads had a successful first season following the launch last year, and we’re excited to build on that with this partnership and the enthusiasm CDR brings over the next two seasons.”
