When a candidate enters our process, they don’t come alone. There are visas, languages, timing considerations, and the quiet weight of everything that a significant career move carries with it.

We walk people through an investigative process – not just of the role, but of themselves. We give candidates the freedom to change their minds, to pause, to ask the questions they didn’t know they had. Because this has never been about closing a deal. It is about helping someone make the best, most informed decision of their professional life.
And when a candidate doesn’t get the role – we stay. We coach them back through the process and make sure they leave with clarity, regardless of the outcome. Because something that isn’t right today will be right at another time.

How it works
Our process runs to a typical twelve-week timeline – from search strategy and long list through to final interviews, referencing, and offer management. Every engagement is shaped around the specific needs of the organisation and the people involved. There is no standard search at CDR, because no two situations are ever the same.
A search is never a finish line. It is always the start of something bigger.
