Christal Duncan helps leaders strengthen clarity, elevate culture, and lead through complexity.
Christal works with C-suite teams and senior leaders to strengthen clarity, elevate culture, and lead through complexity. Her approach is values-driven, deeply human, and shaped by more than two decades of global experience designing and delivering leadership programmes across exceptional hospitality, architecture, sport, and social impact.
A lifelong social entrepreneur, she has founded and led international organisations including Live Different and Brave Soles – experiences that gave her a firsthand understanding of what it means to build something from conviction rather than convention. She has a particular gift for distilling complexity into clarity and helping leaders build cultures that are both high-performing and genuinely human.
Christal serves on the board of the first Indigenous women-owned landscape architecture agency in North America and contributes as an advisor and Entrepreneur in Residence at Toronto Metropolitan University. A proud Métis leader, writer, and speaker, she brings the full weight of that experience to every engagement.
A team not just built on experience, but on conviction
