Ingrid brings rare depth to the CDR Compass Suite – a career that spans the C-suite of major hospitality organisations, world-class business schools, and the most rigorous psychometric frameworks in the field.
She served as EVP and Chief HR Officer at Belmond from 2014 to 2022, where she led teams through significant cultural repositioning, implemented state-of-the-art talent development tools, and guided the organisation through mergers and acquisitions. Before and beyond Belmond, she has worked closely with INSEAD and CEDEP, co-designing and delivering company-specific leadership programmes alongside some of the world’s most respected business educators.
Her expertise spans psychometric assessment, including MBTI, EQ-I, Hogan’s, PPA, and Firo B, alongside deep experience in coaching and mentoring across every level of an organisation. She holds a Diploma in Clinical Organisational Psychology from INSEAD and speaks Dutch, English, German, and Portuguese.
