Expertise in leadership, talent development, and organisational psychology are at the heart of Ingrid’s coaching.

Ingrid is a Senior Human Resources Executive who served as EVP and Chief HR Officer at Belmond (2014-2022).

As part of senior leadership and C-suite at major (luxury) hospitality companies, she has led teams repositioning the company and its culture, implemented state of the art HR and Talent Development tools, and lead teams through mergers and acquisitions.

She also worked closely with world renowned business schools such as INSEAD and CEDEP, co-designing and tutoring company specific Leadership programs.

Next to her indepth expertise in psychometric assessments and tools (MBTI, EQ-I, Hogan’s, PPA, and Firo B) she also gained indepth expertise in coaching and mentoring across various levels in organizations.

Igrid holds a Diploma in Clinical Organizational Psychology from INSEAD and speaks Dutch, English, German, and Portuguese.
