Carol Vickers applies innovative approaches to human engagement, helping shape the future of leadership

Carol has spent two decades working at the frontier of human engagement – coaching senior leaders, building development programmes, and co-creating the Wayfinding methodology that sits at the heart of the CDR Compass Suite’s approach.

Her background spans startups in Canada, international business teams, and multi-million dollar real estate projects across Canada, the US, and the South Pacific. That breadth of experience – from the entrepreneurial to the institutional – gives her an unusually grounded perspective on what leadership actually looks like under pressure, and what it takes to help people find their way through it.

Carol works globally with innovators and educators, building programmes that foster creativity, deepen self-awareness, and empower leaders to operate at their best. She holds an MA and is a Master Certified Coach.
