His background spans creative direction and brand strategy across luxury hospitality, destination real estate, and superyachting, with a particular gift for connecting commercial clarity with genuine cultural resonance.

As a founding partner of Futurecity, he built a reputation for integrating the arts into corporate brand strategy. As founder of the integrated creative agency February London, he directed award-winning work for brands including Cisco, Waldorf Astoria, Camper & Nicholsons, Guerlain Spa, The FA, and Gillette. Later, through Your Brand Matters – a network of remote creative collaborators – he developed a more agile model that put quality of thinking above the traditional agency structure, working with clients including Hill Robinson, Moravia Yachting, Thanda Island, Coco Privé, Dukley, and VistaJet.

At CDR, Andy leads CDR Lab – bringing the same attention to detail, the same belief in the power of story, and the same conviction that the best brands are built from something real.
