Christina Reti leads CDR with creative insight, global reach, and a sharp focus on real estate and hospitality.
Christina founded CDR after nearly a decade at Korn Ferry, where she advised global investors, developers, and hotel operators on some of the most significant senior leadership appointments in luxury hospitality and real estate. But the decision to build something of her own came from a deeper conviction – that this work could be done differently. More carefully. With greater attention to the whole person, not just the placement.
Her background is not a conventional one for this industry, and that is precisely what shapes her approach. A Master’s in Art Law, a postgraduate in the History and Connoisseurship of Fine and Decorative Arts, early years at Christie’s and the Goldsmiths’ Company – where she curated collections, launched international seminars, and oversaw the opening of new Assay Offices. What that world gave her was a particular way of looking. At people, at organisations, at the chemistry between a leader and a place.
