Olga Dritsopoulou brings a deep understanding of culture, hospitality and leadership strategy to every appointment.

Olga joined CDR in March 2024.

Previously, she was a Senior Associate in the Real Estate & Hospitality sector for Korn Ferry’s Executive Search division, based in the Firm’s London office, where she specialised in CEO, Managing Director and Executive Director / C-suite appointments. She has supported the appointments of a variety of senior-level executives across EMEA.

Olga has a deep understanding of the global hospitality industry working as a Project Manager for Leading Culture Destinations, a London-based boutique advisory offering cultural place-making services, creating bespoke destination marketing strategies and solutions for hospitality, travel, retail, culture, co-working and leisure destinations.

Demand is growing for the accumulation of travel memories drawn from transformative moments that resonate deeply with the individual traveller’s ideal of personal fulfilment, and his or her best aspirational version of themselves.

She has led projects in London, Berlin and Qatar and worked with clients such as Qatar Museums, VisitBerlin and The Arts Club. Prior to joining Leading Culture Destinations, Olga worked as a research associate for Net-a-Porter.

Olga graduated from the Royal College of Art & the Victoria and Albert Museum with an MA in History of Design (Distinction). She is currently pursuing a PhD in contemporary luxury studies. She is an early-career academic and frequently contributes to conferences, symposia, and academic publications.
