Steph is the person who makes sure CDR runs as well as it thinks. Joining in February 2025 with over twelve years of experience in executive search operations, she brings the kind of structural clarity and quiet precision that allows everyone around her to do their best work.
Her responsibilities span diary management, scheduling, invoicing, office operations, systems improvement, and the implementation of new tools and processes – including an upcoming CRM overhaul. Before CDR, she was Operations Manager at a private equity-backed executive search firm, leading commercial process optimisation, change management, and training across multiple brands. Earlier, she spent four years at Essenta Partners, progressing from Office Manager to Operations Manager and leading international expansion and technology enablement projects.
