Bobbi brings something that is genuinely rare in recruitment – she has lived the world she works in. More than two decades spent leading, operating, and supporting high-performance hospitality environments across Canada and internationally, across resorts, boutique hotels, restaurants, fitness clubs, retirement residences, and private social clubs. Each chapter deepened her understanding of what operational excellence actually looks like from the inside, and what kind of leadership it takes to sustain it.

After making the move into recruitment, she spent over nine years with JRoss Recruiters, one of Canada’s leading hospitality search firms – partnering with organisations from remote destinations to major urban centres, placing leaders who genuinely aligned with their culture, vision, and long-term goals. Her portfolio spans Hotel General Managers, Directors of Operations, Sales and Marketing leaders, Culinary Executives, Finance professionals, and senior corporate appointments.

In 2024, Bobbi expanded her practice to include wellness, completing certifications in Breathwork Facilitation and Somatic Coaching. These disciplines have brought a new dimension to her work – an ability to support leaders and candidates through transition not just professionally, but as whole people navigating significant change.
