Bobbi Miner-Neal is a seasoned hospitality professional and hospitality recruitment specialist with more than two decades of experience leading, operating, and supporting high-performance hospitality environments across Canada and abroad. Her career spans resorts, boutique hotels, fitness clubs, restaurants, retirement residences, and private social clubs each chapter reinforcing her deep understanding of operational excellence, service culture, and the leadership capabilities required to elevate guest experience.
After many years working directly in hospitality operations, Bobbi transitioned into recruitment, where she spent more than nine years with JRoss Recruiters, one of Canada’s leading firms in hospitality and retail recruitment. During her tenure, she partnered with organisations coast-to-coast – from remote destinations to major urban centres, supporting them in identifying, engaging, and selecting leaders who aligned with their culture, vision, and long-term business goals.
Her recruitment portfolio spans a wide range of mid to senior leadership roles, including Hotel General Managers, Directors of Operations, Sales & Marketing leaders, Culinary Executives, Finance professionals, IT leadership within hospitality groups, and senior corporate appointments.
