Veronica brings a rare combination of relationship intelligence and commercial instinct to the work of building and sustaining the client relationships that matter most.
Her background spans executive search, business development, and client relationship strategy. At Carrington Fox, she designed their first CRM strategy from the ground up, grew revenues by roughly 80% as a direct result, and led teams across London and New York.
She holds a degree in Psychology from Durham University – a foundation that has shaped everything she has done since, and that gives her an instinctive understanding of what people are really looking for, and what it takes to earn their trust.
Having lived and worked internationally, she is equally at home with the ownership groups, family offices, and institutional investors that CDR serves across EMEA and beyond.
At CDR, she leads client development – finding, building and deepening the relationships that bring the right clients and the right people together.
